In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.
• You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.

• This role is contributing to the Motion business based at Faridabad, India.
• You will be mainly accountable for:Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed.
• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
• Minimum 3–5 years in team leadership role.
• Industrial segments (Steel, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power, Ports).
• Lifecycle service sales and modernization.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Qualifications for the role Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred). 10–15 years of experience in service sales (Drives/Motors/Industrial services).
