Lead Engineer, Agentic AI & Data Migration

Mandatory skill-sets: 10 to 12 years in software or data engineering, with experience technically leading complex migration or automation deliveries Expert-level SQL and Oracle, plus strong hands-on Python, APIs, Git and CI/CD engineering capability Strong understanding of enterprise data migration, transformation, reconciliation, billing, and fallout and RCA processes Demonstrable experience using GitHub Copilot and AI coding agents to accelerate enterprise software delivery Strong knowledge in using Google Vertex AI and Gemini models Ability to design agentic AI workflows combining LLM reasoning, deterministic automation and human-in-the-loop controls Strong understanding of MCP servers, tool and function calling, context engineering, semantic grounding and structured outputs Ability to design secure agent access to Oracle databases, GitHub, Jira/Atlassian and other enterprise tools Define engineering guardrails for AI-generated code, automated RCA, remediation, testing and validation Lead engineers through implementation while remaining hands-on with architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting and critical development Oracle BRM, Telecom BSS, billing and large-scale migration experience is highly desirable
