We are looking for an experienced and technically strong .NET professional to lead and mentor a team of developers while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

The role involves driving architectural decisions, design and code reviews, developing high-performance APIs and backend services using .NET Core, and ensuring adherence to software standards, security protocols, and engineering best practices.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, collaborating with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UX teams, and translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

The role also includes implementing microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native solutions, participating in coding, debugging, and backend optimization, troubleshooting complex application issues, and ensuring timely delivery of features.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives, communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
