Responsibilities

• ✅ Make 100-200 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates. ✅ Explain job opportunities and guide candidates through the onboarding process. ✅ Conduct initial candidate screening and follow-ups. ✅ Coordinate with the internal recruitment team. ✅ Achieve daily recruitment goals. ✅ Maintain accurate candidate records and reports. 🎓 Eligibility: ✔️ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. ✔️ Graduate or Undergraduate. ✔️ Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English is an added advantage). ✔️ Comfortable with target-based outbound calling. 💼
