Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
• Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new sales team members.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
• Actively participate in sales activities, including making calls, conducting demos, and closing deals as needed.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends for management review.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in team management or leadership roles is required.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and coach team members to achieve their full potential.
