• You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
• Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (ERP Technical Managers, SAP Dev Stream Leaders, and external partners), conduct technical design validations, and support continuous improvement efforts, and much more.
• You’ll specifically take care of code reviews and technical documentation updates, but also troubleshooting and providing technical expertise to internal teams and partners.
• That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill.
• Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of relevant experience in ABAP development - Experience in both Run and Project contexts - Knowledge of PI, Solman, Fiori, and Hana concepts - Strong skills in programming tools and techniques such as Report Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, SAPscript, SmartForms, and more - Hands-on experience in SAP Mobility (SUP/Syclo/NetWeaver Mobile) and OData Services using SAP NetWeaver Gateway - Good knowledge of JavaScript and Form calc - Experience with EDI, ALE, and IDOC - Clear communication and planning abilities - Structured problem-solving methodology and critical thinking skills - A willingness to learn and adapt Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career.
