Preferred qualifications and skills

• You’ll work alongside collaborative and skilled teammates.
• Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Business Process Owners, Material Planning and Procurement Key Users, IS&T referees, and the GSI Project team), monitor incidents and defects raised by sites, provide training and support to Key Users, and much more.
• You’ll specifically take care of developing training sessions and coaching Key Users during implementations, but also validating training guides and consolidating performance indicators to drive improvements.
• We’ll look to you for: - Providing support to Key Users within your region - Monitoring and addressing incidents and defects raised by sites - Proposing process upgrades and solutions to the Global Business Process Owners - Animating and sustaining the Regional Key User networks - Assessing Key User competencies and managing their skill development - Managing usage control and ensuring proper system utilization All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
