Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of rural women in the target areas.
• Coordinate Value-Added Product Training: Organize and facilitate training sessions focused on the production of value-added products.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work with Business and Product Experts: Collaborate with business and product experts to simplify complex concepts and make them easily understandable for rural women.
• Ensure that all information regarding training, certifications, and business development is clearly conveyed.

Additional role details

• Identify opportunities for business growth and development specific to rural women entrepreneurs.
• Develop strategies to promote and support women-led businesses.
• Collaborate with experts to design training materials that are accessible and relevant to rural women.
• Understand FSSAI and Other Certifications: Gain a thorough understanding of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations and other relevant certifications.
• Assist rural women in navigating the certification process for their products, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to women entrepreneurs in their business endeavors.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation related to training sessions, certifications, and business development activities.Prepare reports summarizing progress, challenges, and successes for internal and external stakeholders.
• Transparent Communication: Foster open and transparent communication with rural women, stakeholders, and team members.
• Enthusiasm and Motivation: Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to empowering rural women and promoting their success.
• Act as a motivational force within the team and community, inspiring rural women to pursue their entrepreneurial goals.
