• Technical proficiency in enabling PRM processes (setup, workflows, data accuracy).
• Experience integrating and enabling third-party tools.
• Proven ability to drive portal adoption, manage onboarding and training, and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem .
• Salesforce Administrator experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, data loads, and creating mapping templates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and client engagements simultaneously.
• Demonstrate success in managing complex projects across multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and design solutions.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal resources and consistently deliver high-quality services.
• Present prototypes/demos to business users as needed.
