Data/ETL Engineer

About the Role" "Informatica Senior Developer" "Responsibilities" - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica BDM/DEI.

• Build scalable batch and real-time data integration pipelines leveraging Confluent Kafka.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and data quality processes for large-volume datasets.
• Work with Hadoop ecosystem components for data processing and integration.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design and implementation solutions.
• Work with release management team for project delivery and very good knowledge on GitLab or Jira.
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployment support, and production issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot ETL performance bottlenecks and optimize workflows for scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Data Engineering, QA, and Business teams during project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Participate in production support rotations and provide timely resolution of critical issues.

"Required Skills" - Deep ETL expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica BDM/DEI, Confluent Kafka, Hadoop, SQL, and Linux scripting.

• Good knowledge in Informatica PowerExchange.
• Strong hands-on experience in ETL development, data engineering, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

"Desirable Skills" - Experience working in a complex healthcare environment.
