Qualification: MSC/MCA/BTech/MTech Skills: Strong knowledge in Java Excellent knowledge in Protocol development Very good knowledge in IP Knowledge in Databases, MS SQL and My SQL Knowledge in Networking concepts Knowledge in application fine tuning Knowledge in Spring Framework and Front end technologies Knowledge in Enterprise application development and deployment Responsibilities: Preparation of technical proposals and documents Good knowledge in development of Enterprise applications, defining architecture Good understanding in project management and agile methodology Planning the software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests Assembling and leading the project team. Participating in and supervising each stage of the project. Ensuring the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines. Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Proven experience in project management and software development Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
