• The Opportunity: The Apprentice will support the Quality team in maintaining product and process quality standards while gaining practical experience in quality assurance and quality control activities.
• This entry-level position involves assisting with inspections, documentation, quality record maintenance, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• What Were Looking For: Diploma, B.Sc., BE/B.Tech., M.Sc., or an equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of quality processes, manufacturing environments, or laboratory practices is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy.
• Willingness to learn quality systems, standards, inspection processes, and follow established procedures.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word & Excel) with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
