- Role & responsibilities Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing [DFM], Design for Assemble[DFA], Design for Manufacturing and Assembly[DFMA], Design for recycling[DFR], Design for Environment [DFE], Design for Disassembly [DFD], Design for Excellence [DFE] Hands on experience in IATF 16949:2016 tools like- APQP, PPAA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and relevant software Hands on experience in Autocad, Solidworks, MS office etc. VE/VA Analysis Knowledge in latest Manufacturing Process/Practices Reverse engineering Good exposure in engineering drawings/GD&T Estimation /Job costing Project /Program management Lean & Six Sigma
