Social Media Growth Specialist - Freelancer at Blubridge Technologies Pvt Ltd

We are looking to engage an experienced freelance social media growth specialist who can immediately take ownership of BluBridge's social media strategy, content planning, campaign execution, and digital positioning across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Medium, and other relevant platforms.

The applicant must have proven experience in creating, managing, or growing social media/content for technical or deep-tech brands - generic social media experience will not be sufficient for this mandate.

Responsibilities

• Plan BluBridge's social media growth strategy; Create platform-specific content plans for LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and Medium; Convert BluBridge's research, AI systems, infrastructure work, hiring campaigns, product updates, and company milestones into strong public-facing content; Write LinkedIn posts, X threads, founder posts, product explainers, research announcement posts, hiring content, carousel copy, and short video scripts; Build content calendars and campaign plans; Improve BluBridge's public positioning as a serious AI research and engineering company; Coordinate with BluBridge's leadership, research, engineering, hiring, design, and business teams; Give creative direction for reels, shorts, thumbnails, carousels, posters, research visuals, founder clips, event coverage, and campaign assets; Track analytics, report performance, and improve platform-wise content execution

Required qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Proven experience creating, managing, or growing social media/content for technical or deep-tech brands; Demonstrable proof of social media pages previously handled and technical or B2B technology content created; Proof of LinkedIn / X / YouTube / Instagram growth work with content performance, reach, engagement, or campaign analytics; Experience with founder branding, company page growth, or product launch campaigns; Ability to convert technical inputs into public-facing content; Ability to understand deep-tech material and simplify complex ideas without making them shallow; Applicants must share portfolio links, previous pages handled, sample posts/threads/scripts, and a brief note on how they would approach BluBridge's social media positioning
