• Successful Project Controllers display strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written/oral communication skills.

• Project Controllers must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse workgroup of stakes holders.
• *Responsibilities and Duties :**
• + Understand the EPC scope of work and Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets
• + Create a WBS structure for scheduling, and progress measurement.
• + Prepare overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software (P6)
• + Create resources in Primavera and Load Man-hours into the scheduled activities using those resources.
• + Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.
• + Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.
• + Progress monitoring of projects using Earned value technique
• + Ensure budget tracking.
• + Well-versed with Ecosys or Cost management tools.
• + Managing the Change Management System.
• + Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and an interface between the functional team and project team.
