The role involves in management of process chain teams including problem analysis and development of manufacturable solutions from concept to series release for the side door scope.

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of BMW work environments is advantageous (PRISMA, NextOne, PQM, IRAM) Business fluent knowledge of English (written and spoken) Must have technical skill Proficiency in dealing with cross functional team, manufacturing solution.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Good to have Technical skills Lean manufacturing & DFM Problem solving mindset.

• Knowledge of BMW data related to the entire vehicle development process for Doors and Closures.
• If design changes are required: Implementation of the component changes in CATIA, execution of the change management process up to the release of the CA models in the BMW systems.

• Proven experience with CAD packaging,layout creation using CATIA V5 .
• Knowledge about Design, Manufacturing of sheetmetal,plastic parts .
