We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Executive with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

The ideal candidate will come from a corporate background, possess strong communication skills, and be available to join at the earliest.

Experience - 4–6 years of relevant recruitment experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Handle technical and non-technical hiring across multiple functions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Instahyre, IIM Jobs, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management by aligning recruitment strategies with business requirements.
• Drive strong candidate engagement and candidate experience through timely communication.
• Manage salary negotiations in line with organizational guidelines.
• Oversee documentation, offer release, and join formalities.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and reports using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
• Leverage networking and headhunting techniques to close niche and hard-to-fill roles.

• Preferably from a corporate recruitment background.
