• Your Role: Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation of SAP Customer Service (CS) processes aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP SD, PM, MM, and FI modules to deliver integrated business solutions.
• Your Profile: 6-12 years of overall experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) module implementation and support projects.
• Proven experience in configuring service management processes, troubleshooting issues, and delivering business-centric SAP solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SAP CS and related modules such as SD, PM, MM, and Finance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills with experience working in global project environments.
