Required skills

• 6-12 Years of Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
• Knowledge of Recruitment workflows, Offer Management, Candidate Experience, and Onboarding processes.
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.Familiarity with Integration Center, Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Document Generation.
• Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and client interactions.

• Your Role - Job Role As a SAP RCM ONB Consultant, you will : Gather and analyze business requirements for Recruiting and Onboarding processes.
• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
• Design and maintain requisition templates, job application templates, offer approval workflows, and onboarding programs.
• Configure candidate experience, recruiting marketing integrations, and onboarding activities.
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job requisition, candidate selection, offer management, and new hire onboarding.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Work with integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems.
