Required skills

• Minimum 8 years SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time Management functional consultancy experience across process design, configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, E2E), trial data migration and deployment.

• Your Role - Job Role As a SAP SF Time Management Consultant, you will : Referenced experience of leading at least 5 successful SuccessFactors EC TM implementations full lifecycle including trial data migration validation and reconciliations.
• Experience in implementing innovative, robust and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors EC TM solutions.
• Strong, hands-on design, configuration, test and technical skills in SuccessFactors EC TM.
• This includes but is not limited to Timesheet configuration, Time Off configuration, Overtime rules, Timesheet & ECP integration, Automatic break deduction, Pay type generation rules.
• Experience configuring Consolidated Time Recording (CTR) – attendance, overtime, absences, breaks, allowances and imported time entries from external systems.
• Experience configuring Time Valuation rules for all time input types: regular hours, overtime, shift premiums, absence valuation and imported time from external workforce management systems.
• Intimate knowledge of complex EC & TM integration to KRONOS and or UKG PRO is required to be successful in this role.
