Leads design, configuration, deployment and optimization of network infrastructure, routing policies and segmentation.

Performs advanced troubleshooting, problem management, RCA, performance optimization and escalations handling.
Supports network upgrades, migrations, patching, software upgrades, capacity management and resilience improvements.
Implements network security controls, ACLs, firewall policies, zero trust segmentation and access governance.
Ensures end-to-end network observability, monitoring integration and proactive detection of performance degradation.
Creates and maintains network architecture documentation, operational runbooks and engineering standards.
Provides technical SME support for new solutions / presales sizing and infra transformation initiatives.
Manages order entries for circuit designs, documentation, perform network equipment investigations, order management for circuits.
