We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Agile Coach to join our ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION OFFICE team.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Helps teams across lines of business adopt and improve Agile methods and practices to solve complex business improvement problems.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is preferred. 15 -22 years of experience.

• Serves in a mentoring or coaching role only and is not part of the scrum team by providing objective guidance, without personal or political considerations.
• Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project.
• To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and support Scrum teams.
• Expertise in agile methodologies and practices to drive project success and team improvement.
• Ability to facilitate collaboration and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
