Vice President, Production Services Infrastructure Support at BNY Mellon

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Production Services Middleware Messaging to join our Infrastructure Platform Team.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 7+ years Hands-On experience in a Production Services role or similar managing IBM MQ deployments across various platforms such as Appliances, Unix Servers and Containers. 7+ years of strong technical experience in Transport Layer Security, Certificate management, LDAP onboarding, Service Account management.

Responsibilities

• Work towards improving the monitoring of the plant and providing pro-active support to a fast-paced high-quality environment.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Experience in Monitoring tools like Prometheus, Splunk and Moog or Equivalent is an advantage.

• This role is located in Pune In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Manage the MQ Infrastructure deployed across different platforms such as MQ Appliance, Linux and Containers Implement and Maintain Security enhancements across the infrastructure.
• Investigate, Manage and Drive solutions to incidents, for critical business functions and ensure timely restoration of services.
• Ensure proper change management for smooth production deployment.
• Knowledge about MQIPT, Network Connectivity management and experience in working MQ external connectivity management is a plus.
• Experience and Knowledge on MQ clusters, High Availability and Disaster Recovery setups.
• Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence or similar for Project tracking and Document management.
