Employment details
- Location: Bengaluru [India]
About the employer
- Conviva is the experience analytics platform for AI agents, apps, and streaming.
- With full-census, real-time, stateful analytics, Conviva shows what consumers actually experience, not just whether systems are running, and connects that experience to revenue, retention, and risk.
Additional role details
- Conviva pioneered quality of experience measurement for streaming video and has supported live digital experiences across 20 Super Bowls, 10 Olympic Games, and five FIFA World Cup tournaments.
- Conviva is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6 month contract engagement, on-site five days a week in Bengaluru office, to own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles.
- This is a recruiting-first role built for someone who partners closely with engineering leaders and brings demonstrated AI fluency to sourcing, screening, and closing technical talent.
- What You Get to Do:
- Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and product roles, from intake through close.
- Reduce time-to-fill on hard-to-source, unique engineering profiles through sharper sourcing and stronger leader alignment.
- Build a real working relationship with the engineering leaders you support: understand their roadmap and hiring pressure well enough to anticipate needs, not just react to reqs.
- Build and document scalable recruiting processes, tools, and practices that create lasting value for the organization.
- Demonstrated, specific use of AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Be ready to walk through a real example, not a general philosophy.
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally including time at a seed-stage or small (sub-200 person) global technology company.
- A track record of closing engineering, AI/ML, or technical product candidates in competitive markets, including profiles that are genuinely hard to source.
- Experience building trust with hiring leaders as a strategic partner, not just an intake-and-execute recruiter, without losing recruiting speed.
- The confidence to take an existing approach and push past it rather than just execute it.
- An eye for detail and strong intuition for culture fit while screening candidates.
- A strong bias for action.
