Role overview

SENIOR ENGINEER at Coforge

Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System o Maintenance o Development in ORACLE o Service requests o Application support o Incident management o You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams.

Documentation: o You create and maintain technical documentation o knowledge databases and o support processes to improve efficiency in the support team.

Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues.

Release to Production: Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts.

Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes.

Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions.

Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming.

Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS.

A good command of English is a must
