Senior BPM Consultant Key Role: Translate DHL BU process priorities into governed, measurable solutions, choosing and orchestrating Bizagi and/or Pega based solutions on business and architecture fit.

Shape the process: Discovery, BPMN and value case.

Orchestrate platforms: Fit criteria; coordinate Bizagi + Pega.

Assure delivery: Blueprint, backlog, UAT and handover.

Prove outcomes: Baselines, benefits and optimization.

Expected skills and Candidate profile: 8+ years in BPM consulting and enterprise delivery. Hands-on Bizagi + Pega; challenges designs, not just schedules. BPMN 2.0, case/decisioning, APIs, data and control awareness. Executive facilitation, product ownership, change and coaching.
