Handle student queries, walk-ins, and follow-ups; counsel students to enroll in respective courses such as Embedded, VLSI, Data Science, and IoT.

Roles &

Tele-calling and follow-up with prospective students.
Provide effective counseling to prospective students regarding courses, infrastructure, activities, facilities, and the admission process for professional programs.
Ensure centers achieve qualitative and quantitative targets as specified by Corporate, aligned with service delivery parameters defined by R&D.
Coordinate with the team for cold calling on databases, lead generation, converting leads into walk-ins, providing counseling support, and achieving closures.
Manage batch formation, trainer allocation, and monitor student performance and skill development.
Suggest and introduce new course offerings based on client requirements.
Drive lead generation activities for training enrollments.
Support and execute related marketing activities.
Handle counseling and conversion processes effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities This role involves assessing students’ abilities and interests.
Providing information on educational opportunities and assisting students in their decision-making process.
Staying updated with the latest educational trends, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes to offer relevant guidance.
Conducting telecalling activities as per the provided database.
