Additional role details

• The Payroll Analyst provides operational support for payroll processing across APAC, ensuring data accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with regional standards.
• Input and maintain employee payroll data, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Validate timekeeping records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Help prepare off-cycle payments and payroll adjustments.
• Respond to basic payroll inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation for complex pay groups.
• Follow standardized payroll procedures and contribute to documentation efforts.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new payroll systems or updates.
• Understanding of payroll cycles, wage calculations, and payroll tax reporting requirements .
• Good level of written and spoken English, any other APAC region language is a plus .
• Proven experience in processing high volume transactions while keeping focused on quality of delivery and accuracy .
• Familiarity with payroll platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a regional payroll environment.
