The EHS Safety Officer is responsible for enforcing Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols across our high-rise construction sites and manufacturing units.

You will be the guardian of our workforce's safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
• Perform Risk Assessments (HIRA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Ensure 100% compliance with PPE usage, scaffolding safety, and height work protocols.
• Investigate near-miss incidents and accidents to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct safety training sessions and fire drills.
• Maintain safety documentation and registers as per statutory requirements.

Required qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech plus Safety Certification (ADIS/NEBOSH/IOSH).
• 3-7 years of experience in Construction or Industrial Safety.
• Strong knowledge of height work safety and lifting operations.
• Ability to train and communicate effectively with laborers.
