• Detailed knowledge of engine components, assembly methods, manufacturing operations and quality requirements. 4.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and executing PFMEA. 5.
• Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and problem-solving methodologies. 6.
• Experience in implementing Mistake-Proofing (Poka-Yoke) solutions. 7.
• Proficiency in quality tools and data analysis techniques. 8.
• Hands-on experience with 3D CAD tools as a user for reviewing product and manufacturing data. 9.
• Data Analysis Tools - Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate 10.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams). 11.
• Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
