Transfer Pricing Manager at Cisco

As part of the transfer pricing team within the broader Global Tax and Customs organization, you will be collaborating cross-functionally across Cisco.

Responsibilities

• This position will involve the preparation of segmented P&L statements and other financial modeling to ensure Cisco’s transfer pricing policies are properly implemented globally and adhere to both U.S. and foreign tax compliance requirements.
• You will also engage in transfer pricing planning and compliance initiatives, including transfer pricing documentation, advance pricing agreements, country-by-country reporting, and audit support.
• In addition, you will support the integration of acquired companies into Cisco in partnership with the cross-functional business teams.
• Lastly, you will embrace AI and automation in your daily work and work to enhance the overall transfer pricing team’s AI capabilities.

• As a cohesive unit, we are flexible and willing to help each other out as needed.
• We work with multiple business units at Cisco, including but not limited to Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Supply Chain, and M&A Integration team members.
• Working in the transfer pricing team will provide a level of exposure outside of a typical tax job and build your business acumen skills.
• WHO YOU ARE.
• You are a highly motivated self-starter who has experience in transfer pricing, specifically in developing and maintaining complex financial models as well as preparing documentation that will be supported during audits.
• You have experience in preparing and managing global transfer pricing documentation projects.
• You will also have a level of discernment that allows you to quickly identify transfer pricing needs or issues and provide guidance on how to move forward in a collaborative manner.
• You are able to work with minimal management and balance multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
• OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE. 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP within the Finance and Order Management modules.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• AI and automation implementation a plus.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills .
• Strong communication and partnering skills .

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, taxation, or accounting preferred.
