We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful candidate for our Talent Management team based in Hyderabad.

You will be effectively managing day-to-day operational work pertaining to Onboarding, Separations, benefits and Policies, Statutory Compliance and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• You will need to stay abreast of the latest trends/best practices in Onboarding, employee benefits, HR programs, policies, etc. through industry benchmarking.
• You will also need to prepare, track, and maintain appropriate documentation and trackers, handle document management, document audit, vendor management, closure of pre and post onboarding tasks, employee queries and requests, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for related tasks.
