Product Manager - Asset Management

We are looking for a Product Manager with solid Financial Services experience to join our team, with a particular emphasis on Asset Management initiatives. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of product strategy and lifecycle management, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape product direction and achieve measurable business results. Responsibilities Work with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and roadmap Determine and outline product capabilities, features, and functions Establish Epics and stories alongside success criteria Develop and detail stories, business logic, and business outcomes Oversee product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and Stories Join sprint review demos and offer feedback Monitor feedback to ensure it's added to the backlog and prioritized appropriately Take part in incident triaging Act as the main contact for business-related questions and clarifications Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus 10-15 years of overall IT experience At least 8 years of experience in business analysis and requirements management Experience in Product Management, covering Product Roadmap, Product Vision, and Product Life Cycle Experience in Financial Services, with Asset Management background considered a significant advantage Strong business acumen with the ability to represent both business and end-customer viewpoints Effective communication and presentation abilities Strong attention to detail
