• Responsibilities Gather and document business and functional requirements related to regulatory reporting obligations Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) to support reporting initiatives Analyze regulatory requirements for RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of regulatory reporting solutions Support Agile delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle Liaise with stakeholders to clarify reporting requirements and resolve gaps Validate reporting outputs against regulatory obligations and standards Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on regulatory needs Requirements 7-10 years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on Business Analysis Expertise in Business Analysis, FRD preparation, and requirement gathering Knowledge of Agile methodologies Background in Regulatory Reporting, including RBI/CCIL Primary Dealer and SEBI/NSDL ODI Reporting
