Senior JavaScript Automation Test Engineer

We are hiring a Senior JavaScript Automation Test Engineer to drive dependable releases by leading a QA team and expanding automated coverage. You will partner with product and engineering, automate UI and Web Service/API scenarios, and refine our automation framework. Responsibilities Guide and mentor a tester team by setting direction and unblocking delivery Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather and analyze system requirements Develop end-to-end test plans, test cases and test strategies Plan and prioritize testing activities to maximize coverage and efficiency Build, enhance and run automation scripts using advanced automation tools Log, track and validate defects to ensure timely resolution Set and enforce quality standards while promoting best practices Review QA metrics and trends to support continuous improvement Keep up with new testing tools, technologies and best practices Share meaningful input in QA meetings and participate in testing activities Requirements 6–9 years of professional Automation Testing experience centered on JavaScript Advanced expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript with 4–6 years of hands-on delivery 1+ year of leadership experience coordinating or leading testing efforts Strong proficiency in UI Automation tooling, including Playwright, Mocha and Chai Practical familiarity with Jest, Puppeteer and Cypress Experience building Web Service and API Test Automation, including test cases and test automation frameworks Knowledge of Webdriver I/O usage for UI testing B2+ English level (Upper-Intermediate)
