Web Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities: •  Provide application support for web-based applications hosted on Windows Server & IIS •  Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues •  Investigate and resolve production incidents, including performance and functional issues •  Analyze IIS logs, Windows Event Viewer logs, and application logs for root cause analysis •  Support and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases (good knowledge of SQL queries and troubleshooting, data validation, and issue resolution) •  Manage IIS configurations (application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates) •  Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for bug fixes and deployments Technical Skills Required •  Hands-on experience with Windows Server and roles (basic to intermediate level) •  Good knowledge of IIS Web Server (hosting, troubleshooting, configuration) •  Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server queries •  Experience in supporting Dot NET-based web applications (preferred) •  Experience or knowledge in .NET-based web applications development •  Understanding of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, APIs, DNS) •  Familiarity with incident management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
