• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, website design, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools).
• Experience designing modern B2B SaaS websites and landing pages.
• Understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles.
• Excellent typography, layout, colour theory and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex product concepts into clean, engaging visuals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• High ownership, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• We're looking for someone who actively uses modern AI tools to improve creativity and speed—not just generate images.
• You should be comfortable:
• Using AI tools for concept generation, image creation, video generation, editing and creative exploration.
• Leveraging AI to accelerate repetitive design tasks while maintaining high creative quality.
• Designing and shipping website pages using AI-assisted design and modern visual development workflows.
• Experimenting with emerging AI design tools and recommending better ways of working.
• Using AI to improve productivity without compromising brand consistency or design quality.
