Required qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.; 4 years of experience in full-stack or back-end software development and system design.; Experience with distributed data processing (e.g., BigQuery, Spark), event streaming (e.g., Kafka), and scalable communication protocols (e.g., gRPC, Protocol Buffers).; Experience working with database technologies (e.g. SQL, NoSQL).

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Preferred qualification: 4 years of experience designing and optimizing databases.; Experience working with systems for collaborative code reviews, version control, continuous integration, and automated testing.; Ability to manage ambiguous requirements and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders (Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Leaders).; Strong systems fundamentals with prior experience working with, or an eagerness to master, agentic AI frameworks and LLM tooling (e.g., LLMs, Agentic harnesses, Vector Embeddings, and RAG).
