Preferred qualifications and skills

• Preferred qualification: Experience collaborating in a globally distributed product and engineering team.; Experience implementing and customizing structural execution patterns like ReAct (Reason + Act), Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops, giving models the cognitive scaffolding to break down vague goals into deterministic DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs).; Excellent communication skills across engineering, product and business domains.
