Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Candidate Screening: Assist in reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the hiring process.
• Employer Branding: Contribute ideas and content to help enhance our employer brand, such as creating job descriptions, writing blog posts, and participating in social media recruitment efforts.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in technical recruitment to help improve our recruitment strategies.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, including job posting, reference checks, and offer letter preparation.

Required qualifications

• Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (2025 batch).
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred qualifications and skills

• Prior internship experience in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
