• Roles & Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Planning Implementation of short- and long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Talent Sourcing & Acquisition Drive full-cycle recruitment for junior to mid- level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners, ensuring performance and compliance with SLAs.

• Partner with business heads and HR leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Monitor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to shape sourcing strategies.
• Manage and optimize sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal referrals, agencies, and campus hiring).
• Team Leadership & Reporting Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality standards.
• Track and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
