Responsibilities

• Design and Development of Mechanical components, customized machines/coaters as per in house requirement Should have good knowledge is design software like Inventor, solid works.

Required qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Diploma/ B.E in Mechanical Engineering

Additional role details

• Solid edge Should have knowledge on drawing standards, GD&T, ASME standards Should have good academic record Should have good communication skill Should have creative knowledge suitable for design Should be well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal etc.
• Should be familiar in calculations in deriving design of shaft, gears, structural members, thermal heat etc.
• Should have designed special purpose machines for any application Should have basic knowledge of FEA in inventor and solid edge software Should have basic knowledge in electrical Key Skills & Competencies: AUTOCAD, SOLID EDGE & Autodesk Inventor software knowledge Communication & Co-ordination Bill of Material Management ERP Exposure Drawing knowledge Knowledge of MS office
