Engineer - Quality (Thin Film Equipment)

To carry out the Incoming Inspection activities for Machined /Fabrication / Sheet metal Components Inspection activities at the Supplier’s / Inhouse & Carryout the Stage Inspection and Final Inspection activities of the Final Product Inspection of the Machineries & Equipment as per the Drawing Specification Must be competent person to Read & Interpret the Drawings Good Oral & Written Communications Must be willing to Travel in the Vendors Places for inspection Interpersonal Skills required Hands on Experience in Measuring & Inspection activities Read, Interpret Engineering Drawings Inspect the Components against the Drawing Specifications Hands on Experience on Machined Components / Fabricated Components Inspections Prepare Inspection Reports / Inspection Checklist / Documents related to Inspection activities Prepare Inspection Plan & Execute the Inspection plan Plan and Conduct the Supplier Audits Hands on experience on Corrective and Preventive action reports Measurement, Monitoring of all the Measuring instruments, Third Party Calibration activities Good Knowledge on usage of 2D Height Gauges, Vernier Callipers, Bore Gauges, External & Internal Micrometres Executing the work & commitment in completing the assigned tasks Must be Kannada speaking & willing to travel to Vendors place frequently & computer literate Key Skills & Competencies Communication & Co-ordination Drawing knowledge Willingness to travel to the supplier place for inspection
