Marketing - Manager (Thin Film Equipment)

Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance business for Thin Film Equipment in the assigned region Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers; build long-term client relationships Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and track competitor activities Work closely with the sales, product, and service teams to address client requirements and ensure business growth Organize technical seminars, workshops, trade shows, and promotional events Drive lead generation, brand visibility, and product positioning in the North India market Prepare periodic reports and forecasts for management Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre- and post-sales engagement Key Skills & Competencies: Minimum 10 years’ experience in marketing/sales of Thin Film Equipment, Semiconductor Equipment, or other Capital Equipment Knowledge of thin film technologies (PVD, CVD, ALD, sputtering, evaporation, etc.) preferred Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to travel extensively across North India
