• Location: Chennai (Work From Office – Mandatory) Joining: Immediate (1–2 Weeks) Mandatory Requirements
• Chennai-based candidate only.
• Work From Office mandatory (regulatory & compliance requirement).
• Immediate joiner (within 1–2 weeks).
• Willing to work as per banking working model (6-day structure).
• Strong coding background (Java mandatory).
• Lending/Cards domain knowledge mandatory.
• Must handle end-to-end lifecycle (Requirement → Development → Testing → Deployment → Production Support).
• Technical Skills (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in PCSM (Power Curve Strategy Management).
• Experience in BRE implementation.
• Proficiency in Scorecard module.
• Strong Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, File Handling).
• Experience with Java, XML, Groovy, XSD.
• Knowledge of REST & SOAP web services.
• Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
• Functional Skills (Mandatory)
• Lending domain experience (Cards preferred).
• Knowledge of credit policies (SBL, Property Loan, Personal Loan, Asset-Based Loan, Auto Loan).
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation (HLD / LLD / DLS).
• Policy configuration and SIT/UAT support.
• Soft Skills (Mandatory)
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Confident in stakeholder interaction (Risk, Policy, Business teams).
• Ability to work independently without separate Dev/Test teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
