• As a Salesforce Package Consultant, you will specialize in designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience.
• You will guide clients through the entire process, from business analysis to system configuration and user adoption, utilizing your expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Execute System Testing: Conduct system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure a successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
• Develop Training Programs: Create training programs to ensure successful user adoption and long-term usage of the implemented solutions.
• Salesforce CRM Solutions Exposure: Experience working with Salesforce CRM solutions, including designing, implementing, and supporting solutions with LWC and integration experience.
