Responsibilities

• You will work across the software development lifecycle, building reliable applications, services, APIs, and data pipelines while adopting modern cloud-native and AI-assisted engineering practices.
• You will partner with colleagues across functions and geographies, using data, ai, technology, and process excellence to create solutions that improve performance and deliver measurable impact.
• Build reliable data processing, transformation, integration, and storage capabilities.
• Build and maintain CI/CD, automation, observability, and monitoring capabilities to improve reliability and developer productivity.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, documentation, and engineering standards.

• Your primary responsibilities will include: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications, services, APIs, and data solutions.
• Apply modern software engineering practices across the complete SDLC, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Leverage AI-assisted and agentic development practices to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, documentation, automation, and engineering workflows.
• Identify and implement opportunities to use AI agents for automating repetitive software and data management tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve performance, quality, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with software, data, and platform engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• What you will bring Strong software engineering experience building scalable and maintainable applications or services.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, Go, C++, or similar.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, APIs, databases, and software design principles.
• Experience with SQL and relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience building data-intensive applications, services, or pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-native development, automation, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development, AI agents, and Agentic SDLC.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and ownership skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
• The following experience is considered a plus Familiarity with open source or inner source development and processes.
