What the team does The Professional Services team helps customers translate business requirements into successful Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations. We collaborate with customers, consultants, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Support, and other teams to configure, test, deploy and continuously improve enterprise solutions. Build strong functional knowledge of the Icertis platform and develop hands-on expertise in configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Configure and deploy customer solutions with a consistent focus on quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear functional requirements and system configuration elements. Use approved AI-enabled applications and automation tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, configuration, testing and knowledge discovery. Validate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgement to ensure accuracy, security and responsible use. Develop practical capabilities in data mapping, data transformation, reporting and analysis to support implementation outcomes. Take ownership of assigned work, communicate progress proactively, and contribute ideas and learnings that improve delivery across Professional Services.
Collected minimum qualification
Experience 0-2 years of professional experience. Candidates who can join immediately are preferred. Education Graduate degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business or a related discipline; an MBA is an advantage.
