Additional role details
- Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and review software deliverables.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
- Participate in release planning, production readiness reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, technical leadership, production support, incident management, and application performance optimization.
- Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, and Kendo UI.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
