We are seeking a technically strong Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development of next‑generation AI products within our Applications & GovCon division.

Responsibilities

• You will mentor a cross‑functional team, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable, secure solutions that power our enterprise contract management platform.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and UX teams to translate AI concepts into usable features.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as generative AI models and Vibe coding.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and GovCon regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead role. Strong expertise in C#/.NET Core and building RESTful APIs. Proficient in React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and front‑end architecture. Hands‑on experience with AI/ML integration, preferably generative AI models. Familiarity with Vibe coding, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, and event‑driven architectures. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps best practices. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to make data‑driven technical decisions. Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of mentoring diverse teams. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
